This is a significant change behind the scenes, but our goal is for it to feel easy and intuitive for you.

🪪 (Coming Soon) Pass Holders & Individual Donor Benefits
Soon, Hands On will be introducing special “passes” for our generous Individual Donors who contribute $500 or more. These passes make it even simpler to enjoy your benefits! Linked to your email, you can easily redeem them during checkout, and they’re all conveniently available on your My Account page. Each pass features personalized codes to keep everything secure. Keep an eye out for an email in the New Year with details on how to access your perks. With Ludus, staying on top of your tickets, gifts, and contact preferences has never been easier. You can easily update your contact info, check out past and upcoming show information, access your passes, manage your preferences, and soon, edit recurring gifts. Just hop into My Account anytime while purchasing tickets or through our Contact Us page.
Phase Two — Fundraising (Launching in the New Year)
Ludus will soon support a refreshed donation checkout, recurring gift scheduling for Hands On, access to donation history, updated individual donor levels, and a more streamlined way to support our work. We’ll provide updates as each feature goes live.
Phase Three — Marketing (Coming February)
In February, we’ll launch updated marketing tools and refreshed communications through Ludus, helping us share events, news, and donor opportunities more clearly and consistently. More details will be announced as we get closer.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Ludus uses secure email login—no passwords required.
Where can I find my upcoming and past performances?
In your email or in your My Account page.
Can I still donate the old way?
Yes. Our current donation system will remain active until fundraising moves to Ludus in the new year, around January 2. All donations made will be imported into Ludus by December 5, 2026.
