“Say Their Names” is the compelling story of 17 people, killed by the police in the United States, as told by Toya “Cookie” Philips, using poems by Trinity Posey, Ross Gay, Mark Doty, Ashley Lola Fanka was produced, written and edited, with images, cinematography and stories by David Reibman.

This powerful video polemic is part of the story that must be told, of America today. The images, in the “mollage” style, that were made at 25 Black Lives Matter protests, are a visual expression of protesters, who were crying out to end violence by the police and an end to systemic racism, capture that important time.
