 and inspiring performances! For the third year\, David Geffen Hall welcome
 s guests to experience the performing arts up close—with free workshops\
 , participatory art-making\, music\, and dance. The full day of events inc
 ludes an exciting session with #1 New York Times bestselling children's bo
 ok author and playwright Mo Willems\, in participation with musicians from
  the New York Philharmonic\; excerpts from Electric Root Presents: Selecti
 ons from The Sound of (Black) Music\, a groundbreaking show that reimagine
 s the music from Rodgers and Hammerstein's The Sound of Music\; a puppet p
 arade for all\; interactive workshops and an AI installation\; a participa
 tory dance party\, and more. All are encouraged to dress in costumes to ce
 lebrate the festivities!
