 on Life Beyond the Binary with award-winning writer\, performer\, and thea
 ter maker Travis Alabanza. In this memoir\, Alabanza shares seven phrases 
 that have been directed at them throughout their life—some seemingly inn
 ocuous\, some loaded or violent\, some celebratory. A meditation on langua
 ge and doubt\, the book turns a mirror on society and ourselves.\n\nAlaban
 za is joined in conversation by Alok Vaid-Menon\, an internationally accla
 imed author\, poet\, and comedian who wrote the foreword for None of the A
 bove. The program culminates with a book signing with Alabanza.\n\n\n--\nM
