 LIAD\, a modern-day retelling of Homer’s classic. Poetry and humor\, the
  ancient tale of the Trojan War and the modern world collide in this capti
 vating theatrical experience. The setting is simple: the empty theater. Th
 e time is now: the present moment. The lone figure onstage is a storytelle
 r—possibly Homer\, possibly one of the many bards who followed in his fo
 otsteps. He is fated to tell this story throughout history.\n\nAfter the r
 eading\, we'll convene with the artists and audience members for conversat
 ion over food\, provided by our friends at Pixie and Scout\, and wine.\n\n
 A suggested donation of $15 helps cover artist pay\, catering\, wine and h
 ospitality costs. Paying artists and hosting our audience is vital to what
  we do. Thank you for partnering with us in this important work.\n\n\n\n
